RETURN POLICY

Refund requests should be made within 21 days after receiving the order. If you want to return the item, please contact us via email e.root.business@gmail.com

Once we receive a request, we will contact you within 3 working days. Once the refund will be approved, please send us back the item(s) within 4 working days. Please notify us with email and attach the name of the courier and the tracking number. Once we receives the refund item(s), we will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.

Exchange requests should be discussed within 21 days after the order arrives.

We will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock.

Once we approve the exchange, please return the item(s) within 7 working days.

Once we receive and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 7 working days.
